Since 2003, the Black Greek Success Program has helped Divine Nine college members enhance their leadership skills by focusing on the skills they are learning in Greek life. A program of the Purposeful Philanthropy Foundation, BGSP is FREE for campuses with modest NPHC membership and/or budgets.

THE GOAL? To ensure that undergraduate Black Greeks are healthy contributors to campus life and will continue their servant leadership after college.

The program focuses on the 3 Building Blocks of Black Greek Success:

  • Building a college experience that matters (the foundation for leadership).

  • Building on the strengths of the Divine Nine family (the support).

  • Building a strong servant leader brand (the vehicle).

What's in it for your campus?

  • Student leaders more engaged in campus life.

  • Students with more marketable career skills.

  • Increase in students' wellbeing.

  • More diversity in student leadership.

  • Stronger servant leadership.

The Black Greek Success Program is open to the entire campus community. Students who are interested in becoming members of NPHC fraternities and sororities are encouraged to attend!

"The Black Greek Success Program really helped our NPHC members to truly examine the challenges facing their organizations and to discover that the solution to these challenges lies no further away than a constant dedication to each organization's guiding principles. I am excited for the future of our NPHC members and I can't wait to see the impact they will make with the valuable lessons learned through this presentation."

Courtney Williams

"The Black Greek success program was very helpful to our fraternity and sorority community. Our students were able to have an open conversation about how to strengthen their community as well as build strong relationships with others on campus. This conversation sparked ideas about civility, collaboration, and creativity! I look forward to seeing the continued growth of our community in the upcoming months."
